ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Patrick Danielson - State Farm Agent, you have a critical goal in driving growth for the agency through the marketing of auto, home, and life insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management helps but it is not required.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Available to work Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Insurance licenses are not required to apply or be selected for an interview. If selected, our agency will help with the licensing process.
Compensation $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
